Frequently asked questions

Why do you keep sending me a login link? Where do I enter my password? Where's my login email? We get it, the login process is a little different. We do it because it's actually more secure for you and prevents someone from finding your credentials and just logging in. First, check to make sure your email matches the one you used to sign up. If you don't get an email, check your spam folder. Also consider using a personal email rather than an institutional email since some institutional firewalls might block our email. If all else fails, just send us an email at team@ultrasoundguidance.com and we'll help you troubleshoot.

What if my videos don't work? It’s always a good idea to check your internet connection, try again using a different device, close your browser and reopen it, restart your device, and/or log out and back in. If these do not resolve the issue, email us at team@ultrasoundguidance.com. We’re here to help!

Do you offer any discounts for trainees, fellowship/residency programs, or medical schools? We don't currently offer discounts because we think our pricing is extremely competitive for the education we have on offer. In fact, we haven't found anyone out there who offers the same breadth of education for a lower price. We work hard to keep our price point affordable for everyone, no matter their level of training or income.

Can I share my login with others to give them access to the videos? We request you don't share logins with others and we may cancel your account if we find out you are. Our service is priced well below other similar services to ensure it's affordable even to trainees with limited budgets.

Are both the diagnostic and procedure videos included in my membership? Yes! Our complete package involves everything you need to start developing your diagnostic and interventional skills for your ultrasound practice.

Do you offer CME for your videos? We hope to offer CME in the future so that you get credit for the learning you're doing on your own time to advance your practice. We'll keep you posted!

Can I get a textbook to go along with the videos? We currently do not offer an textbook or ebook.

Which ultrasound machine did you use to film your videos? For the MSK, nerve, and spasticity scans, we used the Mindray Zonare Z One Pro and M8 machines were used for our diagnostic videos with the kind permission of Mindray. We also used Philips Lumify for a few sections.

Is there a way I can get involved with Ultrasound Guidance? We're always interested in finding ways for people to join us in our mission towards better ultrasound education. Reach out to team@ultrasoundguidance.com with the nature of your interest and we can discuss further!

Do you offer live/hands-on instruction? We hope to offer live courses in the future that involve in-person, hands-on experience learning from us. We're also hoping to offer some virtual teaching options as well. Stay tuned!

Why should I subscribe to an online resource when I can go to a workshop? Our course offers the ability to learn comfortably, at your own pace, on your own time, from experts in both education and ultrasound, at a dramatically lower price, all from the comfort of your own home. There is no travel required and you can watch and re-experience the course as many times as you like! True learning happens when you are given the opportunity to examine and re-examine the material to your heart’s content, not in one dose in a faraway city for an extremely high price with poorly filmed videos to reference afterwards. Plus, we'll keep improving on our content and adding features we know will be useful to you because we've all been learners before.

How can I level up my skills beyond watching the videos? This is an excellent question. Complete ultrasound expertise relies on practice! Explore your options for easy access to an ultrasound machine, load up our videos for guidance, and scan away! The more you practice, the better you become at ultrasound.
